In 2019, we saw trends vere towards both ends of the color spectrum, with many of our customers choosing darker hardwood floors. Also trending in 2019, were natural finished, lighter floors - many of them European White Oaks, which have been popular for a couple of years now. Their natural, sleek appeal can blend right into the farmhouse style, or even more contemporary spaces.
DARKER HARDWOOD FLOORS
Many of our home owners chose darker hardwood floors in 2019. With softer greys, taupes and whites being the most popular choices in wall and cabinetry colors, a darker floor contrasts well. Lighter colored rugs and furnishings also pop well off of darker hued hardwoods, shameless plug to remind you of the 1000's of rug options we have in store!
